Payment: Payment for training services must be made in full prior to the start of the training. Acceptable forms of payment include credit card, check, and bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy: If a participant cancels their registration at least 14 days prior to the start of the training, a full refund will be provided. If a participant cancels within 14 days of the start of the training, no refund will be provided.
Rescheduling Policy: If a participant needs to reschedule their training, they must provide at least 14 days notice. If notice is provided within 14 days of the start of the training, a rescheduling fee of 50% of the training cost will be applied.
Substitution Policy: Participants may substitute their registration with another person at any time, without any additional cost.
Training Materials: All training materials, including handouts and presentations, are the property of the training company and are provided for the use of participants only during the training. Participants may not copy or distribute the materials without the written consent of the training company.
Certification: Upon completion of the training, participants will be awarded a certificate of completion. This certificate serves as proof of training and does not imply any endorsement or accreditation from the training company.
Liability: The training company will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the training or any actions taken by the participants as a result of the training.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country where the training will be held.
Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the training company and the participant and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
Modification: Training company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
